Struggles of a Growth Hacker

For the past few months, I've been working on my friend's startup, heading operations and hacking growth.

However, its been a challenge, understanding the various methods to growth hack, spread the word and conduct sales with potential ICPs.

I worked on identifying and brainstorming GTM and ICP strategies for the healthcare ai tech vertical, and I found it quite daunting to take on.

Additionally, there were a lot of key terms, concepts and jargon that I had to learn, and the process of learning and understanding the market was arduous.

I also found that the process of building a GTM tech stack, combined with warm-intros to potential customers to be an interesting challenge. I knew at some point, we'd exhaust our list of warm intros, and we'd have to start cold emailing potential ICPs.

I learned that there are a multitude of lead-generation tools, and high-end to low-end contact data enrichment, along with other important features for conducting outbound.

Therefore I'm building MadMachine.ai to help startups, influencers, small teams of marketers reach traction and ICP faster.
